About The Brighton Architecture Diary

The Architecture Diary is the go-to guide for architecture exhibitions and events in an expanding network of world cities.

Supported by leading museums, galleries, cultural organisations, architecture schools and independent event organisers, the Architecture Diary provides comprehensive listings of the latest exhibitions, installations, talks, debates, film screenings and conferences, tours, walks, and more. The Architecture Diary is an open platform, allowing everyone who organises architecture and design events to upload and manage their event listings.

The Architecture Diary launched in London in 2005. For the first time it brought together all architecture events taking place across the city. New York joined the Architecture Diary network in 2015 and Boston in 2017. Ireland joined in 2021, followed by Istanbul in 2022 and Brighton in 2023 – with more places to follow in the near future.

Why Brighton?

Brighton has a rich history as an incubator of art, culture, design and creativity. With a tradition based on a bold and daring approach to innovation and a richness enhanced by its diversity and inclusivity, the city has always been a melting pot of ideas.

The Brighton Architecture Diary launched in 2023 with the aim of raising the profile, range and accessibility of design and cultural events.

The Brighton Architecture Diary manages listings primarily in Brighton and Hove while presenting events from surrounding towns throughout the South East. The platform aims to bring together all the events taking place across the city related to architecture in its broadest sense, to promote these to the industry and beyond in one platform and to show the abundance and diversity of the cultural scene.
