Wealthier families who came to Brighton in the Georgian era built seaside villas that have almost completely disappeared. This is their story.
Following the publication of the latest RS book, The Lost Villas of Georgian Brighton, one of the authors, Suzanne Hinton, will describe the villas, how they came to be built and by whom, how they were occupied and what life was like in the town at the time.
This will be a Christmas event, with suitable seasonal cheer, and the book will be available for purchase.
